Shibuya Hoppmann is highlighting its FS-70 scallop centrifugal feeder, designed to handle a range of part sizes at high rates across packaging environments.
The company says it is one of the largest centrifugal feeders available. Applications include caps and closures in beverage and dairy packaging, along with fasteners and molded components.
The system is used to orient and feed small, medium, and large parts across food and beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, healthcare, and industrial markets.
Designed for sanitary, high-throughput environments
The FS-70 features a stainless-steel housing that is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, along with an FDA-approved vacuum-formed disc. It is constructed with FDA-compliant materials and a hardcoat anodized aluminum bowl predrilled for scallop mounting to support installation and changeovers.

A polycarbonate cover with safety interlocks allows visibility during operation while preventing operator access, and an air clutch is used for torque transmission.

Configured with scallops and optional tooling
Parts are oriented in scallop pockets using qualifiers, wipers, and pneumatic or electrical devices.
Optional configurations include washdown motors and custom urethane scallop kits for specific part geometries.
