Stephanie Neil, Executive Editor
Stephanie Neil has been covering the manufacturing automation space for over 20 years in editor roles at Managing Automation and Automation World magazines. In 2018, she was named Editor-in-Chief of PMMI’s OEM magazine for packaging machine builders, overseeing editorial direction for print and digital content. Neil joined WTWH Media in 2024 to lead Packaging OEM and contribute to other WTWH Media brands. Neil began her journalism career as a beat reporter for eWeek, a technology newspaper for IT professionals, and spent three years as a correspondent for The Boston Globe.
Mike Santora, Managing Editor
Mike Santora began his career as an Associate Editor with Design World in 2015 before transitioning to the Managing Editor position in 2022. He has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of New Hampshire. In addition to his work on Packaging OEM, Mike is also the editor for WTWH Media’s vertical sites, BearingTips.com and CouplingTips.com.
Rachael Pasini, Senior Editor
Rachael Pasini has a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from The Ohio State University. She has more than 15 years of experience as a technical writer and taught college math and physics. As a Senior Editor of Packaging OEM, Fluid Power World and Design World, she covers industry trends and warehouse automation, as well as components involved in hydraulics, pneumatics, linear motion, and motion control.
